This is the first exhibition in the United States since 1995 to feature J\u00e4ger\u2019s work and the first retrospective of the photographer outside of Europe. Since the beginning of the 60s, J\u00e4ger has been investigating topics at the heart of a worldwide resurgence of contemporary \u201cabstract\u201d photographic practices.
