One year after our first conversation, we reunited with Rebecca Driffield at Galerie Keshavarzian in Paris — this time alongside gallerist Tannaz Keshavarzian — for a new in-depth discussion on the occasion of VIGNETTES.

In this second interview for Honargardi, we explored the artistic and personal developments that have shaped Rebecca’s work over the past year, while also diving into the curatorial process behind the exhibition and the unique dialogue created between the paintings inside the gallery space.

Rebecca Driffield’s works continue to inhabit that mysterious territory between cinema, memory, psychology, and fiction. Her paintings feel like suspended scenes from unwritten films — emotionally charged moments where every gaze, gesture, and silence suggests a larger unseen narrative.

Together, Rebecca Driffield and Tannaz Keshavarzian speak about the construction of VIGNETTES, the rhythm of the exhibition, and the subtle relationship between storytelling, space, and painting.

Hosted by Kasra Aliha and Behnood Massoumi for @Honargardi at Galerie Keshavarzian, Paris.
